Lifetime Television open casting call for The 19th Wife in Calgary


Lifetime Television will be shooting a made-for-tv movie soon and casting for the lead roles and principal actors is underway in Los Angeles and Calgary, Alberta Canada. The film is titled The 19th Wife and is based on the David Ebershoff novel of the same name.

There will also be an open casting call in Calgary for people interested in working as extras in the movie. The movie’s extras casting director, Alyson Lockwood, is seeking Caucasian males and females of all ages. Women and girls must have long hair, and men and boys need to have farm or ranching-type hair cuts.

The 19th Wife filming will take place in Calgary starting in June, 2010. Extras will be needed throughout filming, however only a single day commitment is required of those chosen.
